Terms of Service

These terms and conditions apply to the access to, and the use of consulting, advisory, audit and other related professional services offered by Abilene Group SA.

The Company provides Implementation Services, Audit and Assessment Services, Advisory and Consulting Services, and Subscription-based Services.

For implementation and consulting Projects, pricing is based on an estimated number of consulting days, as specified in the applicable Order Form.

All fees are payable according to the terms stated in the applicable Order Form. Invoices are due NET 30 days unless agreed otherwise.

The Agreement remains in effect until completion of the Project or for the duration of the Subscription Plan as specified in the Order Form.

The Company is fully liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct. In all other cases, liability is excluded to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Implementation Services

ISO standard implementations, policy design, program setup, and roadmap development.

Audit & Assessment Services

Internal audits, certification readiness assessments, and gap analyses.

Advisory & Consulting Services

Strategic guidance, regulatory alignment, remediation planning, and expert consultation.

Subscription-based Services

DPOaaS, CISOaaS, ISMS Manager-as-a-Service, and similar recurring roles.
